Mahavir Auto Diagnostics in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced accountant to manage daily financial transactions and prepare statements. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and GST/TDS compliance while supervising junior staff. Prior experience in automobile workshop finance is preferred.

The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, budget preparation, and collaboration with service advisors to optimize costs and profitability.

Formación

• B.Com / M Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 4-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in automobile workshop/service.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting software.
• Hands-on experience in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, GL, and reporting.
• Experience in workshop billing, service invoices, spare parts inventory accounting, and vendor management.

• Coordinate with management, service advisors, and other departments to improve financial performance and control costs.

4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer payments.

7. Prepare monthly budgets, financial reports, and expense analysis.
8. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory tax compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / M Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automobile industry, car workshop, or service centre.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting software.
• Accounting Knowledge: Hands‑on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in workshop billing, service invoices, spare parts inventory accounting, and vendor management is preferred.
