Job summary

A leading outsourcing firm in Faridabad is seeking a full-time accounting professional to manage day-to-day operations and ensure financial compliance. Responsibilities include handling journal entries, preparing financial statements, and managing vendor payments. Candidates should possess a B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance and strong knowledge of accounting principles including GST and TDS. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is essential. This role offers the opportunity to work from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and receivables follow-up.
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
• Support in budgeting, MIS reports, and cost analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts.

Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel

Attention to detail and strong analytical ability

Education

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
