Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce; CA Inter/CMA preferred.
• 7-12 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting cycle: payable, receivable, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and month/year-end closing reports.
• Handle journal entries, vouchers, invoices, and ledger scrutiny.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits.
• File statutory returns and maintain government compliance.
• Reconcile GST, TDS, and other tax records.
• Manage payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting and financial planning.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and proper records.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and authorities.
• Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decisions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing accounts, taxation, financial reporting, and government compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/year-end closing reports.
• Handle journal entries, vouchers, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and ledger scrutiny.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits.
• Prepare and file statutory returns and maintain compliance with all government regulations.
• Reconcile GST, TDS, and other tax-related records.
• Manage payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, CA (Inter), CMA, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
• 7-12 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances (if applicable), PF, ESI, payroll, and other statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and advanced MS Excel.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and handling audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead the accounts function independently and meet deadlines.
