Tekion is seeking an International Senior Accountant to manage accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and governance for its international subsidiaries. The role partners with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance across entities including Canada, UK, France, and Germany.

The International Senior Accountant will be responsible for accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and governance activities for Tekion's international subsidiaries including Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and future international entities. This individual will partner closely with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, FP&A, external auditors, and local accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with local statutory requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of multinational accounting operations, intercompany accounting, statutory compliance, and cross-border finance processes.
Complete month-end close within corporate timelines.
Achieve 100% on-time statutory filings.
Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations with no aged unreconciled items.
Resolve intercompany differences before close.
Coordinate timely completion of all statutory audits.
Maintain a centralized global compliance calendar.
Ensure transfer pricing compliance and supporting documentation.
Support successful external audits with minimal audit adjustments.
Standardize accounting and compliance processes across all international entities.
