Job summary

Tekion in Bengaluru seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage and grow a high-performing software team delivering scalable cloud-native platform features and services.

You will oversee project execution, align work with the product roadmap, mentor engineers, and drive DevOps and architecture best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in modern programming languages, software architecture, and development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of platform features and services.
• Manages day-to-day execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities and timelines.
• Collaborates with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.

• Ensures engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and DevOps standards.

Job Introduction:
