The Accounts Manager will oversee accounting, financial operations, taxation, statutory compliance, banking, financial reporting, commission claiming, payroll, audits, and cash-flow management across all business divisions. The role also involves department-wise coordination and leadership of the Accounts Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations and maintenance of books of accounts across all divisions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Monitor overall financial performance and fund requirements.
Banking & Payments
- Oversee bank transactions, supplier/utility payments, credit card payments, loans, and EMI payments.
- Coordinate with banks on account matters, foreign exchange, and international transactions.
- Ensure timely bank and travel bank reconciliation.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Supervise GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable compliances.
- Review tax workings, challans, and statutory returns to ensure timely compliance.
Payroll & Employee Financials
- Oversee payroll, salary disbursement, and employee incentive payments.
- Manage employee-related financial compliance.
Audit, Documentation & Registrations
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Oversee applicable licenses, registrations, insurance, and statutory renewals.
Business Division Responsibilities
Fair Future Overseas Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. – India
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, cash flow, receivables, payments, payroll, incentives, banking, loans, EMIs, and statutory compliance.
Dubai Branch – Fair Future Overseas Educational Consultancy Co.
- Maintain accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with UAE VAT, WPS, Trade License renewal, salaries, incentives, rent, utilities, and other UAE financial compliance.
Fair Future Travels & Vacations Pvt. Ltd.
- Manage Finbook accounting, supplier/operational payments, payroll, GST/TDS/TCS, audits, budgets, cost sheets, invoices, travel bank reconciliation, and foreign exchange transactions.
Department Coordination & Team Management
- Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Operations, Sales, Travel, and other departments on financial matters.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and review the Accounts Team’s work.
- Ensure timely completion, accuracy, and compliance of all accounting activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- M.Com, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS/TCS, banking, compliance, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and team-coordination skills.
