Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide insights.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with auditors for audits.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasts; monitor variances against budget.
• Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistance for overseeing and managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

Reporting

• Assistance for preparation and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior manager based on financial data.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and report variances.

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree plus M.Com or related Master’s Degree (Compulsory)
• Experience: 2 Years (Preferred), Freshers can also apply
• Working Days :6 Days in a week
