Job summary

HireKul is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations and statutory filings. The role requires independent work across Tally ERP 9, MCA 21 portal, and GST portal, with a focus on accurate MIS reporting to management.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounting and statutory compliance, a B.Com or M.Com, CS Executive is an added advantage, and strong knowledge of Companies Act 2013, Income Tax, GST laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in accounting and statutory compliance.
• Graduate or postgraduate in B.Com or M.Com; CS Executive advantageous.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, MCA 21 portal and GST portal.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act, GST laws.
• Well-organised, deadline-driven, able to multitask across compliance areas.

We are looking for candidate with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure all monthly and quarterly statutory filings are completed on time, and deliver accurate MIS reports to management. Should be comfortable working on Tally ERP , the MCA 21 portal and the GST portal, and should have a thorough understanding of the Companies Act 2013.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance, preferably in a software services or technology company.
• 2. Should be a graduate or post-graduate in B.Com or M.Com, with CS Executive or equivalent qualification being an added advantage.
• 3.Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), the MCA 21 portal and the GST portal is mandatory.
• 4. Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act, GST laws, PF and ESIC regulations is essential.
• 5. The candidate should be well-organised, deadline-driven, capable of working independently and comfortable handling multiple compliance areas simultaneously.
