upGrad Study Abroad is seeking a Senior Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through overseas education journeys. You will advise on country options, universities, and courses, and provide end-to-end support from enquiry to admission.

Role requires 1–2 years in admissions or education sales, with strong communication skills and a track record of meeting targets. Local travel and on-site counselling in Mumbai are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions/counselling or education sales.
• Structured training will be provided for study abroad knowledge if needed.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage students and parents.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving counselling/enrollment targets.
• Graduation required; postgraduate preferred.

About the role

As a Senior Admission Counsellor - Study Abroad, you will play a key role in guiding students and parents through their overseas education journey via face-to-face counselling sessions. Your focus will be to understand student aspirations, recommend the right universities and courses across destinations (USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia and more) and provide end-to-end support from enquiry to admission.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving counselling/enrollment targets.
• Minimum education qualification: Graduation in any stream; Postgraduate preferred.
