Job summary

ASP-RCM Solutions is seeking an experienced ABA claim production specialist to own end-to-end claim workflows for our behavioral health clients. You will ensure three-way matching, verify unit rendering, and catch errors before submission.

This role emphasizes denial prevention, accurate authorization management, and strict adherence to RCM metrics within the US ABA market. Strong knowledge of CPT 97151–97158 and supervision billing rules is essential.

Job description

You own ABA claim production for a set of clients: matching every session to its authorization, confirming units and rendering provider, and getting the claim out clean. ABA denials usually trace to one of three things, a unit mismatch, a rendering configuration error, or an expired authorization, and your job is to catch all three before submission. Use BCBA and RBT terminology precisely; it drives the billing rules.
