Job summary

ASP-RCM Solutions in Chennai, Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced RCM billing professional to own facility claim production for hospital clients. You will manage UB-04 inpatient and outpatient claims, drive DNFB reduction, and resolve edits to protect revenue.

The role requires deep UB-04 knowledge, Medicare and commercial billing rules, and strong DNFB management experience. You will work on denial prevention and maintain charge integrity in a fast-paced hospital billing environment.

Qualifications

• MANDATORY: working command of RCM metrics including net collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90, denial rate, first-pass resolution rate, clean claim rate and cost to collect.
• Four or more years in US hospital facility billing, inpatient and outpatient.
• Strong UB-04 command including revenue, occurrence, value and condition codes.
• Experience managing DNFB and working claim edits.
• Familiar with Medicare and commercial facility billing rules.

Responsibilities

• Own facility claim production for hospital clients, UB-04 claims across inpatient and outpatient.
• Drive DNFB reduction by investigating and resolving unanswered or unbilled care delays.
• Perform edit resolution to ensure claim accuracy before payer submission.
• Maintain charge integrity and ensure payer rule currency.
• Monitor and reduce denials to improve revenue cycle performance.
