Job summary

ASP-RCM Solutions is seeking an experienced AR follow-up specialist to manage aging AR, deny management, and appeals for behavioral health clients.

You will work with US payer portals, interpret EOB/835, CARC and RARC codes, and ensure timely filing protections while providing root cause feedback and precise notes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in US healthcare AR follow-up and denial management.
• Ability to read an EOB/835 and interpret CARC and RARC codes.
• Experience with US payer portals and payer phone follow-up.
• Behavioral health or ABA billing exposure.
• Mandatory: working command of RCM metrics, net collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90, denial rate, first-pass resolution rate, clean claim rate and cost to collect.

Job description

You work the accounts receivable and denial inventory for behavioral health clients: calling and portal-checking payers, diagnosing why a claim did not pay, and getting it resolved. The highest-value work gets worked first, and you are accountable for aging movement and cash recovered on your assigned book.
