Responsibilities

• Manage authorization revenue (authorization currency) for active clients.
• Track burn-down and trigger reauthorization before expiry.
• Ensure timely payer turnaround and the morning packet preparation.
• Provide team leadership and coordination to ensure service levels.
• Focus on denial prevention and high clean claim rate.
