Job summary

Eastman Exports seeks a skilled 3D Garment Specialist to lead CLO 3D modeling, pattern adjustments, and realistic rendering for marketing and line reviews. You will collaborate with designers to integrate 3D workflows into the product development cycle.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in 3D garment simulation, plus proficiency in CLO 3D, Marvelous Designer, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Blender, Maya, or Rhino is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CLO 3D experience is mandatory.
• Strong pattern-making and garment construction knowledge.
• Experience with 3D visualization and rendering.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• 5+ years in 3D garment simulation.

• 3D Modeling & Simulation: Utilize CLO 3D to create, fit, and style high-quality 3D digital garments from tech packs or sketches.
• Pattern Modification: Modify 2D patterns within CLO to adjust garment fit and drape.
• Rendering & Visualization: Create realistic renders, including textures, lighting, and materials for marketing and line reviews.
• Virtual Fitting: Evaluate garment fit on digital avatars to minimize physical prototyping.
• Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with design teams to implement 3D technology into the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on experience in CLO 3D; knowledge of Marvelous Designer is a plus.
• Garment Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pattern-making, garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric properties.
