Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Operations in India is seeking a proactive SellerFlex Operations Executive (SFOE) to monitor multiple seller flex sites from operations and compliance perspectives, and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches and accurate metrics.

You will apply Lean thinking to identify patterns, dive deep into data implications, and travel to seller nodes to set up and monitor Flex operations, including weekend/overnight shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple seller flex sites from operations and compliance point of view.
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics.
• Identify patterns and any disruptions; foresee data implications.
