Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a senior architect to lead the design and implementation of Segment CDP solutions for enterprise clients. • Lead the design and implementation of Segment CDP solutions for enterprise clients.
• Define customer data strategies and architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable customer data models and customer 360 solutions.
• Architect real-time and batch data ingestion frameworks.
• Establish customer identity resolution and profile unification strategies.
• Define audience-building and segmentation frameworks.
• Configure and implement Segment CDP components including: Sources, Destinations, Personas/Audiences, Protocols, Identity Resolution, Journeys, Event Tracking Frameworks.
• Develop customer data collection strategies across web, mobile, CRM, and offline systems.
• Configure event tracking and customer attributes based on business requirements.
• Implement governance and data quality controls within Segment.
• Integrate Segment CDP with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, GA4, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, CRM and ERP platforms.
• Design API-based integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, ETL/ELT Tools, Cloud-native services.
• Build unified customer profiles and customer journey views.
• Support audience creation and activation across marketing channels.
• Implement customer identity management and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with analytics teams for customer insights and reporting.
• Enable real-time personalization and customer engagement use cases.
• Design and monitor KPIs for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct requirement gathering and architecture workshops.
• Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD), Architecture Documents, and Technical Specifications.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment activities.
• Support UAT, production rollout, and post-production support.
• Mentor developers and junior consultants on CDP best practices.
