Job summary

Soho House Mumbai is seeking a Security Team Leader to balance vigilance with warmth, discretion, and service. You will guide a security team to maintain a safe yet welcoming environment for members and guests.

Lead access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting; coordinate with Front of House and Events; develop the team and liaise with authorities when needed to uphold the House standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security supervision, ideally within luxury hospitality, premium clubs, or high-end environments.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a service mindset.
• Ability to balance vigilance with discretion and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the security team across daily operations and shifts, setting the standard for professionalism and discretion
• Ensure seamless access control for members, guests, visitors, and vendors, in line with House standards
• Maintain constant, unobtrusive awareness of the environment to ensure safety without disrupting the member experience
• Oversee CCTV monitoring, patrol routines, and all security systems with precision and responsibility
• Act as the calm first responder in any incident, emergency, or sensitive situation, ensuring swift and composed resolution
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and shift reports, maintaining complete confidentiality at all times
• Work closely with Front of House and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination during peak periods and events
• Support training and development of the security team, fostering attentiveness, respect, and service mindset
• Liaise with external authorities when required, representing the House with professionalism and discretion
