Job summary

LNS Global in Coimbatore district is seeking a security professional to lead loss prevention and admin functions, protecting employees and assets. The role involves coordinating a security team across shifts, implementing policies, and reporting to the CSO to achieve zero pilferage.

Ideal candidates are retired defence officers with 4–5 years in industrial security, fluent in Tamil, and knowledgeable about IPC/CrPC and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Retired defence officer background is required.
• Post retirement, 4-5 yrs exp in industrial security.
• Speak Tamil.
• Knowledge of IPC, Cr.P.C. etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate loss prevention & admin for employee & asset protection.
• Lead security team in shifts and report to CSO.
• Aim to achieve zero pilferage and protect assets.
