LNS Global in Coimbatore invites applications for a seasoned security professional to oversee loss prevention and admin functions. The role requires Tamil fluency, leadership of shift-based security teams, and a focus on safeguarding employees and assets.

You will report to the CSO and be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating loss prevention strategies with the goal of zero pilferage. Prior defense service and industrial security experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Retired defense officer with leadership experience in security.
• 4–5 years in industrial security.
• Speak Tamil.
• Age ≤ 45.
• Experience in protecting employees and assets.
• Knowledge of IPC, Cr.P.C., and related laws.

Responsibilities
