LNS Global is seeking a seasoned security professional to head the Heading Security & Admin Dept in Bengaluru. The role focuses on loss prevention, employee and asset protection, and strategic security leadership.

The position requires retired commissioned defence or equivalent security service with 5-10 years of post-retirement civilian security experience, including IPC/Cr.P.C. knowledge. Govt liaison and budgeting responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Expert in Employee and asset protection.
• Knowledge of IPC, Cr.P.C. etc is desirable.

• Achieve Zero Pilferage through proactive security measures.
• Lead team, strategize, plan training, revenue & capital budget planning.
