Job summary

Recex in Raipur is seeking a Security Officer to oversee gate entry, visitor screening, and overall premises security. The role requires disciplined handling of records, adherence to procedures, and coordination with management on access approvals.

You will monitor entry/exit, manage courier permissions, maintain security discipline, and support ad-hoc tasks as required by the management. Experience in SME/Factory environments is preferred, with strong record-keeping skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in SME/Factory/Industrial plants preferred.
• Must maintain records in soft and hard copy.

Responsibilities

• Gate entry: monitor and record entry/exit of staff and visitors.
• Scanning: entry of visitors and scanning.
• Management approval: obtain MD/Directors permission before allowing visitors inside.
• Couriers: obtain permission before collecting parcels/couriers and handing them over to the concerned person.
• Logistics data: maintain driver work data (where the driver is going, vehicle type 2-wheeler/4-wheeler, and purpose).
• Monitoring: ensure gate monitoring and keys monitoring.
• Discipline: maintain discipline and security inside the premises.
• Ad-hoc: any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Gate Entry: Monitor and record in and out entry of all staff and visitors.
• Scanning: Visitors entry maintaining and scanning.
• Management Approval: Taking permission from MD Sir / Directors before allowing any visitor inside.
• Couriers: Taking permission from management before collecting parcels/couriers and handing them over to the concerned person.
• Logistics Data: Maintain driver work data (where the driver is going, vehicle type 2-wheeler/4-wheeler, and purpose).
• Monitoring: Ensure gate monitoring and keys monitoring.
• Discipline: Maintain discipline and security inside the premises.
• Ad-hoc: Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Candidate Profile Required:

• Experience working in SME / Factory / Industrial plants is preferred.
• Must be strict, disciplined, and comfortable maintaining records in both Soft copy and Hard copy.
