Job summary

novotel is seeking a Security Officer to protect people, property and information at a prestigious site. You will monitor and control access, patrol the premises, and respond to alarms and emergencies while maintaining a professional, courteous approach.

You will complete clear incident logs and reports, work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and participate in ongoing training with Securitas to develop your career.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Experience as Security Officer or in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Experience completing reports, incident logs, and security documentation.
• Good understanding of health and safety and security procedures.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC).
