Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Operations & Plant Security Management including Access Control & Gate Management, CCTV Surveillance & Monitoring.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessment & Threat Identification to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Manage Emergency & Crisis Management protocols and Incident Investigation & Reporting procedures.
• Implement Fire & Safety Awareness protocols and oversee Material Inward/Outward Control for loss prevention.
• Lead Manpower Planning & Security Deployment, as well as Security Guard Training & Supervision.
• Coordinate with Police & Government Authorities for Industrial Security & Perimeter Protection.
• Develop and implement Security SOPs, conduct Security Audit & Compliance checks.
• Handle Visitor & Vehicle Management, Conflict Management & Crowd Control effectively.
• Ensure Intelligence Gathering & Preventive Security measures are in place for Emergency Response & Disaster Preparedness.
• Manage Contractor & Labour Security, including supervising security personnel and training programs.

Requirements
