Job summary

Vianaar Homes is seeking a highly capable Security Manager to develop and implement security strategies, create policies, and oversee budgets for security operations. You will coordinate security staff and ensure a safe, well-protected environment across our sites.

The role requires extensive knowledge of surveillance techniques and prior experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong communication, and the ability to respond to alerts outside business

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control.
• In-depth knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
• Knowledge of security industry regulation.
• Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats.
• Superb leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours.
