• Responsible for Plant security operations, policies and functions.
• Experience in controlling or monitoring material movement, gate pass processes, logistics security and high-value asset protection.
• Lead emergency response, crisis management, mock drills, fire, security and industrial emergencies.
• KPIs include zero major security breaches, reduction in theft/pilferage, audit compliance score, CCTV uptime, emergency readiness, budget adherence, and timely investigations.
• Proficient in access control, investigations & RCA, crisis management, contractor management, security audits, risk assessment

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for Plant security operations, policies, and Functions
• Experience in Control or monitor material movement, gate pass processes, logistics security, and high-value asset protection
• Lead emergency response, crisis management, mock drills, fire, security, and industrial emergencies
• Should follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Zero major security breaches - Reduction in theft and pilferage incidents - Audit compliance score - CCTV - Security infrastructure uptime - Emergency response readiness - Security budget adherence - Timely closure of investigations
• Proficient in Access Control - Investigations & RCA - Crisis Management -- Contractor Management - Security Audits - Risk Assessment

Preferred candidate profile:

Any Graduate and Ex Serviceman holding Rank JCO (Subedar/ Naib Subedar/ Subedar Major) with minimum 20+ Years of Experience Including 5+ Years in Industrial Security/ Plant Security
