Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets.
• Monitor entrances, exits and public areas with regular patrols to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents and security-related situations.
• Monitor CCTV systems and fire alarm panels, reporting irregularities immediately.
• Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, emergency evacuation and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, lost and found items and daily security activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and local authorities as required.
• Assist in investigations, risk assessments and implementation of security procedures to minimise risks.
• Promote a guest-focused approach by delivering professional and discreet security services.

We are looking for aSecurity Executiveto join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Support the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets.
• Monitor all entrances, exits and public areas, conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, guest concerns and security-related situations in a professional manner.
• Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarm panels and other security equipment, reporting any irregularities immediately.
• Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, emergency evacuation and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, lost and found items and daily security activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and local authorities whenever required.
• Assist in investigations, risk assessments and the implementation of security procedures to minimise operational risks.
• Promote a guest-focused approach by delivering professional, courteous and discreet security services at all times.
