Job summary

HypTechie is seeking a Security Executive to oversee hotel security operations and ensure safety across the property. You will supervise shifts, monitor life safety and fire systems, and coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and incident response.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, clear communication, and a professional service mindset, with experience in hotel or corporate security and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel or corporate security operations.
• Strong knowledge of life safety, fire systems, and hotel security procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a professional service mindset.
• Working knowledge of English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security shifts and ensure patrol coverage.
• Monitor fire safety equipment, evacuation routes, and life-safety systems.
• Report patrol findings and maintenance issues to Engineering.
• Enforce hotel security procedures including bag checks and asset removal policies.
• Arrange escort services for cash handling and sensitive movements when required.
• Maintain perimeter control and prevent unauthorized access or loitering.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and support team training plans.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure fire exits are clear and safety practices are followed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure readiness in first aid and emergency response procedures.

Key Responsibilities
