Paramount Computer Systems seeks an experienced Security Consultant – Microsoft Cloud Security to join our Cloud and Cybersecurity practice. The candidate will lead pre-sales, design secure cloud solutions, and execute PoCs for enterprise customers, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure security technologies.

The role involves collaborating with sales, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement secure cloud security architectures and to provide delivery support across projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years total IT/Cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Microsoft Security experience.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, solution design, pre-sales, or implementation roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to capture business, security, compliance, and technical requirements.
• Position Microsoft Security solutions and demonstrate capabilities, value, and use cases.
• Recommend licensing strategies and solution architectures based on customer needs.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations for customers.
• Design end-to-end Microsoft security solutions using Microsoft 365 and Azure security technologies.
• Prepare technical proposals, SOWs, architecture documents, and implementation plans.
• Develop effort estimates, project scope, assumptions, risks, and deployment strategies.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Plan, lead, and execute customer PoCs with defined success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
• Demonstrate real-world security and compliance use cases using Microsoft technologies.
• Present PoC outcomes, recommendations, and roadmaps to customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Consultant – Microsoft Cloud Security to join our Cloud and Cybersecurity practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Security and Compliance technologies and will be responsible for pre-sales consulting, solution design, technical demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) execution, and delivery support for enterprise customers.

The consultant will work closely with sales, business development, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement secure cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 and Azure security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business, security, compliance, and technical requirements.
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to position Microsoft Security solutions and demonstrate their capabilities, value propositions, and business use cases.
• Recommend optimal licensing strategies and solution architectures based on customer requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations for customers.
• Design end-to-end Microsoft security solutions incorporating Microsoft 365, Azure Security, and Compliance technologies.
• Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), architecture documents, and implementation plans.
• Develop effort estimations, project scope, assumptions, risks, and deployment strategies.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

Proof of Concept (PoC) & Assessments

• Plan, lead, and execute customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with defined success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
• Demonstrate real-world security and compliance use cases using Microsoft technologies.
• Present PoC outcomes, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps to customers.

Project & Delivery Support

• Support implementation teams during project execution and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for solution deployment and adoption.
• Assist remote deployment resources and project stakeholders as needed.
• Stay updated on Microsoft's evolving security portfolio, licensing models, and industry best practices.

Required Experience

• Total IT / Cybersecurity Experience: 5–10 years
• Relevant Microsoft Security Experience: Minimum 2–3 years
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, solution design, pre-sales, or implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft security projects for enterprise customers is preferred.
