Responsibilities

• Security Operations & Asset Protection: Lead end-to-end security operations for a large industrial site to protect manpower, visitors, materials, assets, and critical infrastructure.
• Access Control Management: Manage access for employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and vendors using ID cards, gate passes, visitor systems, biometrics, and entry/exit verification.
• Material Gate Management: Supervise inbound/outbound material movement, gate passes, scrap handling, vehicle checks, and invoice verification to prevent pilferage.
• Physical Security & Surveillance: Ensure perimeter patrols, gate control, CCTV monitoring, control room ops, and 24/7 site vigilance.
• Emergency Preparedness & Mock Drills: Plan and coordinate fire drills, evacuations, and emergency exercises with internal teams and authorities.
• Incident Response & Investigation: Handle thefts, misconduct, safety violations, unauthorized access, and property damage with proper investigation and corrective action.
• Security Team Management: Deploy and supervise guards, shift in-charges, supervisors, and control room operators with discipline and training.
• Security Training & Awareness: Conduct regular training on gate duties, frisking, visitor handling, emergency response, fire safety, patrolling, report writing.
• Traffic & Vehicle Movement Control: Manage internal traffic, parking, vehicle records, driver verification, and safe movement of heavy vehicles.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain security registers, incident reports, logs, movement documents, patrol reports, and MIS.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate with security agencies for deployment, training, billing verification, compliance, and service quality.

• Security Operations & Asset Protection: Site Security Leadership: Lead end-to-end security operations for large industrial sites, ensuring protection of manpower, visitors, materials, assets, and business-critical infrastructure.


• Access Control Management: Manage employee, visitor, contractor, vehicle, and vendor access through ID cards, gate passes, visitor management systems, biometric systems, and entry/exit verification.


• Material Gate Management: Supervise inward and outward material movement, returnable/non-returnable gate passes, scrap movement, vehicle checking, invoice verification, and prevention of pilferage or unauthorized material movement.


• Physical Security & Surveillance: Ensure strong physical security through perimeter patrolling, gate control, CCTV monitoring, control room operations, security checkpoints, and round-the-clock site vigilance.


• Emergency Preparedness & Mock Drills: Plan and coordinate fire drills, evacuation drills, emergency response exercises, accident response, crowd control, and crisis handling with internal teams and local authorities.


• Incident Response & Investigation: Handle cases related to theft, misconduct, safety violations, unauthorized access, property damage, and security breaches with proper investigation, documentation, and corrective action.


• Security Team Management: Deploy and supervise security guards,shift in-charges, supervisors, and control room operators while ensuring discipline, grooming, attendance, briefing, and performance monitoring.


• Security Training & Awareness: Conduct regular training for security personnel on gate duties, frisking, visitor handling, emergency response, fire safety, material checking, patrolling, report writing response, fire safety, material checking, patrolling, report writing, and professional conduct.

• Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate with security agencies for manpower deployment, contract compliance, training, billing verification, statutory compliance, and service quality improvement.


• Coordination with Departments: Work closely with HR, Admin, Safety, Stores, Logistics, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth security support for daily plant operations and special events.
