Job summary

Wipro is seeking an Azure Identity Support Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and IAM. The role covers troubleshooting authentication, MFA, SSO, and access governance for enterprise cloud environments.

You will manage critical identity incidents, collaborate with engineering teams, and provide guidance on best practices in identity security. Daily tasks include end-to-end case ownership in a 24x7 rotational support model, across multiple PAN India locations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, customer-facing communication abilities, and experience supporting enterprise customers in resolving complex identity and access management challenges.
