Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience with On-Premises Active Directory.
Primary/core AD experience with Entra ID/Azure AD as supporting skill.
Strong hands-on AD administration, monitoring and lifecycle management.
Experience with Hybrid Identity architecture and synchronization.
Experience with Conditional Access policies and federation/SSO.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management.
Experience with IAM / IGA and IT Security.

Responsibilities

Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of On-Premises Active Directory infrastructure.
Monitoring, backup and lifecycle management of AD.
Engineering and operations of Entra ID identity services.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

This role focuses on managing and supporting the organization's Microsoft Identity infrastructure, with primary responsibility for On-Premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

The candidate will work in a Hybrid Identity environment, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization between On-Premises AD and cloud identity services. The role involves AD infrastructure administration, Entra ID operations, identity synchronization, Conditional Access, federation/SSO and identity integrations. This position will also involve collaborating with the broader IAM/IGA and IT Security teams to maintain secure, reliable and highly available identity services.

Important Requirement:

The client is specifically looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience, with predominant hands-on experience in On-Premises Active Directory. Active Directory should be the primary/core area of experience, with Entra ID/Azure AD as a supporting skill.
