Job summary

Zoho is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Entra ID Engineer to design and run hybrid identity architectures that connect on-premises Active Directory with cloud Entra ID, ensuring secure access to enterprise apps.

You will automate identity management with PowerShell, configure SAML-based SSO, and manage Okta and Entra ID environments, resolving complex authentication issues while maintaining high availability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on experience in IT services focusing on identity and access management.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and traditional Active Directory environments.
• Strong command of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration in Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience managing hybrid identity solutions and integrating cloud identity with on-premises infrastructure.
• Solid background configuring and troubleshooting SSO protocols, particularly SAML, and enterprise app integrations.
• Familiarity with Okta and multi-tenant identity landscapes.
• Excellent analytical skills for authentication troubleshooting and security issue resolution.
