FIS Investor Services India Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a customer service professional to handle international calling processes and data verification for mutual funds clients. You will ensure requests are accurate, communicate clearly, and maintain high-quality records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in international calling processes.
• Willing to work night shifts (5 days/week) and adapt to office/remote work as operations begin.

Responsibilities

• Verify and input customer requests ensuring accuracy and take appropriate action.
• Perform quality control to meet standards.
• Produce template emails or written correspondence to customers when appropriate.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and divisional metrics to achieve operational goals.
• Follow fund/company policies and regulatory controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes for greater efficiency.
• Guide and mentor peers on less complex processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively by phone, verbally, and in writing; active listening.
• Demonstrate adaptability to different personalities; work independently or in a team.

About Team:

• Transaction processing, Blended Process etc.
• The Transfer Agency is a division responsible for Transaction Operations, Processing and associated functions of mutual funds for various clients.
• At FIS we provide service to clients via various channels like Transaction processing, Chat etc.
• The customer support may include but not limited to Accounts set up, Shareholder data maintenance, overall record keeping.

What you will be doing

• Verifying and inputting customer requests to ensure information is correct and in good order, and takes appropriate action.
• Performing quality control activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Producing template email or written correspondence to customers, when appropriate
• Adhering to all policies & procedure guidelines and divisional operational metrics/standards to achieve operational, productivity and quality
• Adhering to all fund/company policies and regulatory controls/requirement
• Identifying improvement opportunities to streamline business processes resulting in greater efficiencies, productivity and/or service
• Guiding/mentoring peers on less complex processes
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
• Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
