Job summary

Inviso Corporation in Mumbai, India is seeking a Microsoft Security expert to lead security transformation across India, combining Defender and Purview expertise with Copilot for Microsoft 365 readiness and enablement, to accelerate secure AI adoption.

You will drive technical engagements, run workshops, and translate requirements into practical security and governance solutions while collaborating with distributors, MSPs, and sales teams to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, partner enablement, cloud, security, modern work, AI, or related customer-facing technical roles — or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security, especially Defender and Purview.
• Ability to lead L300-L400 technical discussions on Microsoft Security and Secure AI scenarios.
• Ability to deliver L100–200 Copilot for Microsoft 365 conversations, briefings and demos.
• Experience presenting to technical and business audiences.
• Strong communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, SaaS/cloud concepts and security/compliance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner and customer-facing technical engagements across Defender and Purview.
• Deliver L300–400-style technical discussions on threat protection, information protection, data governance, compliance, and Secure AI readiness.
• Run technical workshops, demos, and POC support to remove blockers and build confidence in Microsoft solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into practical solution paths aligned to Microsoft’s Secure AI approach.
• Deliver L100–200 Copilot for Microsoft 365 readiness sessions and demonstrations.
• Explain Copilot adoption in the context of security, compliance, data protection, and information governance.
• Position Copilot as part of a secure Microsoft 365 journey.
• Partner enablement and pre-sales support with distributors, SI partners, MSPs, and resellers.
• Provide technical guidance, solution alignment, and follow-up actions.
• Share assets and best practices to create repeatable field plays for partners.
• Collaborate with Microsoft sales and technical stakeholders across India to ensure deployment readiness.
• Adapt content to local market expectations and customer needs.

Actively hiring professionals with experience in Microsoft Security, particularly Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview, and with L300-L400 capability in Secure AI.

Role Summary

We are hiring Secure AI Rangers based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, to help partners and customers adopt Microsoft solutions for secure productivity. The role combines technical credibility in Microsoft Security especially Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview with the ability to run scalable Copilot for Microsoft 365 readiness and adoption conversations. The successful candidate will help partners build capability, support customer-facing technical engagements, and accelerate the adoption of secure AI scenarios across SMB and mid-market segments in India.

Key Responsibilities

1) Security depth and technical execution

• Lead partner and customer-facing technical engagements across Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
• Deliver L300–400-style technical discussions in areas such as threat protection, information protection, data governance, compliance, and secure AI readiness
• Run technical workshops, solution mapping sessions, demos, and proof-of-concept support to remove blockers and build confidence in Microsoft solutions
• Translate customer requirements into practical solution paths aligned to Microsoft’s Secure AI approach

2) Copilot for Microsoft 365 readiness and enablement

• Deliver L100–200 sessions covering Copilot for Microsoft 365 business value, use cases, readiness, adoption considerations, governance basics, and introductory demonstrations
• Help partners and customers understand how Copilot adoption connects to security, compliance, data protection, and information governance
• Position Copilot as part of a secure Microsoft 365 journey, not as a standalone productivity discussion

3) Partner enablement and pre-sales support

• Work with distributors, SI partners, MSPs, and resellers to build technical capability and improve solution readiness
• Support both partner enablement and pre‑sales motions through technical guidance, solution alignment, and follow‑up actions
• Contribute to repeatable field plays by sharing assets, learnings, and practical engagement approaches that partners can scale

4) Cross‑team collaboration

• Collaborate with Microsoft sales, partner, and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth progression from awareness to technical validation and deployment readiness
• Share field feedback to improve messaging, asset quality, and the overall Secure AI motion.
• Adapt technical content and engagement style to local market expectations and customer needs

Core Qualifications

• Language:
  • English proficiency C1/C2 – required
• 3+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, consulting, partner enablement, cloud, security, modern work, AI, or related customer‑facing technical roles — or equivalent practical experience
• Hands‑on experience or strong foundational knowledge in Microsoft Security, especially Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
• Demonstrated ability to lead L300-L400 technical discussions covering Microsoft Security and Secure AI scenarios.
• Ability to deliver L100–200 Copilot for Microsoft 365 conversations, briefings, demos, or readiness workshops — or strong potential to ramp quickly with structured enablement
• Experience presenting to both technical and business audiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts into customer and partner value
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, SaaS/cloud concepts, and common security / compliance fundamentals

Nice to Have

• Experience with adjacent Microsoft workloads such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Entra, Intune, or broader Microsoft 365 security foundations
• Experience building or supporting partner offers, distributor‑led programs, or one-to‑many enablement at scale
• Familiarity with security and governance frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or common compliance / risk concepts
• Microsoft Security, Compliance, AI, or Copilot‑related certifications

Preferred certifications (not required)

• SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
• SC-401: Information Security Administrator.
• AB-900: Microsoft Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (or equivalent Copilot certification pathway).
