Job summary

Waaree Renewable Technologies is seeking a senior professional to lead end-to-end land identification, aggregation and acquisition for utility-scale IPP projects in Chhattisgarh. The role requires extensive field liaison with government authorities and robust stakeholder management.

The candidate should have 14-22 years of relevant experience, with senior manager/AGM exposure preferred, and strong experience in solar/renewable infrastructure land processes.

Qualifications

• 14-22 years relevant experience; Senior Manager/AGM-level exposure preferred.
• Strong experience in large-scale land acquisition/aggregation.
• Renewable/Solar/Power/Infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong government liaison, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end land identification, aggregation and acquisition for utility-scale IPP projects.
• Manage landowner negotiations, land documentation and commercial closure.
• Coordinate title due diligence, registration, mutation and land conversion with Legal/consultants.
• Liaise with Revenue Department, Collectorate, Tehsil and other government authorities.
• Manage land survey, demarcation, possession and project handover.
• Handle land-related issues, stakeholder management and ROW/access requirements.
• Manage land aggregators/consultants and project-wise land acquisition MIS.
