Job summary

SYSTRA India is seeking a Section Engineer-Ticketing System for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project. The role focuses on design review, integration with other transport modes, and overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of the Ticketing System.

The candidate should have strong experience in AFC/Ticketing systems on rail projects and be prepared to coordinate with multiple agencies to secure approvals and progress the project successfully.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent is required.
• 07 years of experience with a B.E./B.Tech. degree or 10 years with a Diploma in implementing AFC and Ticketing systems during construction in rail-based transit projects.
• Experience on High-Speed Railways, Metro Railways or related rail projects as defined in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design review of ticketing system works and integrated ticketing models.
• Assist in integration of other transport modes (Railways, Metro, etc.).
• Assist in installation, integration, testing and commissioning of Ticketing System.
• Assist in interfacing of Ticketing System with S&T-OCC System and obtain interface document approval.
• Assist in verifying completed work and prepare payment requests to contractors.
• Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with agencies (ISA, CMRS) for project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PD and NHSRCL client.

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai - Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Location: Ahemedabad/Delhi

Missions/Main Duties

• Assist in Design review of ticketing system works and integrated ticketing models.
• Assist in Integration of other transport modes i.e. Railways, Metro etc. (if applicable).
• Assist in Installation, Integration, Testing & Commissioning of Ticketing System.
• Assist in Interfacing of Ticketing System with S&T-OCC System, etc. and Interface document approval.
• Assist in verifying completed work and prepare request for payment to contractors.
• Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals.
• Assist and coordinate with various agencies i.e. ISA, CMRS etc. for successful completion of the project.
• Assist in any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics stream or equivalent )

Experience:Engineering Graduate with 07 years, or Engineering Diploma with 10 years of experience in implementing Automatic Fare Collection System and Ticketing System during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
