Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO Executive based in Indore. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our clients' search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and maximize online visibility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough keyword research, executing on-page and off-page optimizations, running technical SEO audits, and tracking performance metrics using industry tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Keyword & Market Research: Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping to identify high-growth opportunities for clients.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, metadata, URL structures, image alt tags, and internal linking frameworks to align with search engine best practices.
• Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Execute strategic link-building campaigns, digital PR, and outreach to build high-authority, clean backlink profiles.
• Technical SEO Audits: Identify and fix technical roadblocks such as site speed issues, crawl errors, broken links, and mobile responsiveness problems in collaboration with our IT team.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO suites (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure newly published assets are optimized for search visibility from day one.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and core SEO principles.
• Hands-on experience with core SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Basic knowledge of website architecture, HTML/CSS, and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate metrics into actionable growth plans.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and strict deadlines.
• Strong team player with clear communication skills.
