Job summary

AdGrowTech in Bhopal is seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to boost organic performance across client websites and our own digital assets. You will conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, perform technical audits, and build high-quality backlinks.

Collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams, you will monitor rankings, analyse site analytics, prepare actionable reports, and stay ahead of search engine updates.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of keyword research and on-page SEO for optimizing website content and structure.
• Effective link-building skills to develop and maintain high-quality backlinks.
• Experience conducting SEO audits to identify technical and content issues.
• Knowledge of social media marketing to support integrated campaigns and visibility.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and structured data.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and teamwork across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous SEO or digital marketing experience in an agency or IT services setting.

Role Description

The Search Engine Optimization Executive will manage and improve the organic search performance of client websites and in-house digital properties. This full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal involves conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO best practices, performing regular SEO audits, and executing link-building strategies. The role includes monitoring rankings and traffic, analyzing website performance using SEO and analytics tools, and preparing reports with actionable insights. The SEO Executive will collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align SEO activities with broader campaign goals and stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
