Job summary

alliantgroup is seeking an experienced SEO Manager in Hyderabad to lead comprehensive search strategies, improve organic traffic, and drive online visibility across US and UK clients.

You will own technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, and link-building, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report ROI using GA4 and Google Analytics. 10+ years of hands-on SEO required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong expertise in modern SEO, GEO and AI search strategies.
• Experience with the US market, preferably in a B2B services or consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, topical authority, entity SEO and AI search platforms.
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and enterprise SEO platforms.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic, keyword growth and qualified leads for B2B organizations.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & planning: Develop and manage the company's SEO strategy to align with business goals.
• Technical SEO: audits, site architecture, sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup.
• Keyword & content research: conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis.
• On-page optimization: meta tags, headings, image alt text, content structure.
• Link building: off-site SEO to increase domain authority.
• Performance tracking: analyze site traffic and KPIs using GA4 and Search Console.
• Collaboration: work with content creators, designers, and developers.

As SEO Manager you will develop and execute comprehensive search engine optimization strategies to boost organic website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility. Key responsibilities include technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to report ROI and drive continuous improvement.

• Keyword & Content Research: Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headings, image alt text, and content structure.
• Link Building: Develop off-site SEO, including link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze site traffic and KPIs using Google Analytics and Search Console to optimize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
