We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Managers and Executives to lead our digital acquisition and growth efforts. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and a track record of driving ROI through data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet acquisition, conversion, and ROI goals.
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid and budget management, and creative testing.
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience.
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel) to generate insights and inform strategy.
Report on campaign performance and present recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of digital ad platforms and performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for optimization and results.
