We are seeking a highly skilled SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong expertise in API and UI automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in automation framework development, API testing, and quality engineering practices while ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI testing.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Design reusable automation components and testing utilities.
• Participate in framework enhancements and automation best practices.
• Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Support CI/CD-driven testing initiatives and continuous quality practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Core Java.
• Hands‑on experience in API Automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of Rest Assured and API validation techniques.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Cucumber and BDD frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in both API and UI testing.
• Knowledge of test automation framework design and maintenance.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Playwright will be an added advantage.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing will be good to have.
