Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Rest Assured.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and similar tools.
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct defect tracking, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Support build validation, release readiness assessments, and deployment verification.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide quality insights, dashboards, reports, and release recommendations.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and SDETs on automation best practices.
• Drive automation strategy, framework improvements, and testing innovations.
