Job summary

Closeloop Technologies is seeking an experienced SDET/QA Automation Engineer to own end-to-end test automation for integration-heavy enterprise applications, including Zuora Billing and Sitecore CMS. The candidate will design scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript, and leverage Claude AI to enhance testing efficiency.

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles.
• Strong hands-on automation development experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber, Gherkin, and BDD-based automation frameworks.
• Experience configuring and using Allure Report for automation reporting and analysis.
• Practical experience using Claude AI or equivalent LLM tools in testing workflows.
• Experience testing complex, integration-heavy enterprise applications and end-to-end business processes.
• Strong experience integrating automation suites with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.

Key Qualifications

4+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles, with stronghands-on automation development experience.

Strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript for both UI and API testautomation.

Hands-on experience with Cucumber, Gherkin, and BDD-based automationframeworks.

Experience configuring and using Allure Report for automation reportingand analysis.

Practical experience using Claude AI or equivalent LLM tools withinsoftware testing and automation workflows.

Experience testing complex, integration-heavy enterprise applications andend-to-end business processes.

Strong experience integrating automation suites with GitHub Actions,Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.

Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience testing or automating Zuora Billing and subscriptionmanagement workflows.

Exposure to Sitecore CMS or similar enterprise content managementplatforms.

Understanding of API testing, integration testing, and enterprise systemworkflows.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closelywith Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams.
