Job summary

Untie-it is seeking a QA Engineer (Automation) to own quality across our automation, AI, and product engagements. You will build and maintain automated test suites, test APIs, and ensure releases meet quality standards, with automation as the core focus.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, work with developers on edge cases, and perform manual exploratory testing as needed. Strong experience with Playwright or Selenium and TypeScript/Node.js/Python is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA/test automation experience on production products.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium.
• Working proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Strong understanding of smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• API testing experience with REST/GraphQL and tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
• CI/CD experience, including pipeline configuration and flaky-test management.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain automation suites using Playwright or Selenium with TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
