Job summary

Vericence is seeking a Python-based SDET with 6–10 years of experience to build and maintain automated test solutions for web and API testing. The role emphasizes scripting, framework development, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines within Agile teams.

You will develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver, build frameworks with PyTest/Unittest, automate UI and API tests, and collaborate with developers and product teams to drive quality improvements

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience as an SDET / Automation Engineer
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Python bindings)
• Experience with PyTest / Unittest frameworks
• API automation experience using Python Requests

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver
• Build automation frameworks using PyTest / Unittest
• Automate UI, API, and regression test suites
• Perform API automation using Python Requests / Postman
• Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications
