Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. in India is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber.

You will create and execute automated scripts for web applications and APIs, perform API validation with Rest Assured and Postman, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end business workflows.
• Perform API testing and validation using RestAssured and Postman.
• Develop automation solutions using Java or Python following best coding and testing practices.
• Review and validate API contracts and specifications using Spec-Kit/OpenAPI standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Identify, track, and report defects while ensuring complete test coverage across applications.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and support root cause analysis for quality improvements.
• Drive test automation strategy, framework enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives in Agile environments.
