Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. seeks a hands-on automation engineer skilled in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and API testing to build scalable frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. You will apply GenAI-enabled approaches to generate, refactor, and maintain test scripts while improving coverage and productivity.

Candidates should be proficient with Rest Assured or Postman, SQL, Git, and Jenkins, and bring experience in modern QE practices leveraging GenAI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG/JUnit.
• Experience in API automation/testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins with experience integrating automated tests into continuous delivery pipelines.
• Hands-on exposure to GenAI-assisted Quality Engineering, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar LLM-based solutions for test case generation, automation script creation, code analysis, test maintenance, and defect/root-cause analysis.
• Ability to apply GenAI to accelerate and improve QE automation, including generating/refactoring test scripts, identifying test coverage gaps, and improving automation productivity.

Responsibilities
