Job summary

r3 Consultant is seeking a Senior SDET Engineer to join the Member Enrollment & Eligibility domain on a PAN-India hybrid model. The role focuses on testing enrollment/eligibility workflows, building TOSCA automation for X12 EDI validations, and mentoring offshore teams.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of experience, deep knowledge of healthcare eligibility, and strong SQL skills to reconcile member data across systems. Immediate to 30 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience testing facetsmembership/enrollment modules.
• Proficient with X12 EDI 834, 820, 270/271 scenarios.
• Strong SQL for member-level data comparison and reconciliation.
• TOSCA-based automation for test design and execution.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare/DUALS/TRICARE/Marketplace domains.

CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and execute enrollment/eligibility test scenarios — retro, termination, dual-enrollment cases
• Build, own, and lead TOSCA automation frameworks for X12 EDI (834, 820, 270/271) validation and enrollment reconciliation
• Lead offshore test design and mentoring; drive coverage across multiple LOBs
• Conduct root-cause analysis of data discrepancies
• Partner cross-functionally to validate member data flow across source systems, claims, and eligibility DBs
