Job summary

r3 Consultant is seeking a QA professional for a hybrid role across Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and other locations. The candidate will design and execute API and integration tests for CRM, IVR, ESB, and CMS platforms, ensuring healthcare interoperability conformance with FHIR R4 and HL7.

The role emphasizes automation, QA standards, and mentoring junior engineers in a healthcare environment with a focus on TriZetto Facets and related integrations.

Qualifications

• API testing with REST/SOAP using Postman/SoapUI/RestAssured.
• Integration testing across CRM/IVR/ESB.
• Healthcare interoperability: FHIR R4, HL7, CMS APIs.
• Facets (TriZetto) healthcare core admin platform.
• SQL data validation.
• Azure DevOps for test case/defect management and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute API and integration test scenarios across CRM, IVR, ESB, and interoperability platforms.
• Validate FHIR R4, HL7, and CMS interoperability API conformance; run end-to-end integration testing across systems.
• Validate ESB/middleware message routing, transformation, payload accuracy, and error handling.
• Conduct defect analysis and root-cause triage with development teams.
• Drive automation coverage expansion and define testing standards for the QA function.
• Mentor and upskill junior/mid QA engineers on healthcare integration testing practices.
