Job summary

Ascendion Engineering is seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer with 8+ years of QA Automation experience, focusing on Healthcare Payer systems. Facets experience is mandatory, with strong SQL, API, and integration testing skills.

You will design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Selenium, TOSCA, Robot Framework, and Azure DevOps. Join an Agile team collaborating with BAs, developers and product owners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of automation testing experience in healthcare payer domain.
• Hands-on in Facets is mandatory.
• Strong SQL and API testing skills.
• Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests for web, API, integration, and backend apps.
• Validate workflows, EDI transactions, APIs, and system integrations.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation testing.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TOSCA, Robot Framework or equivalents.

• Manage test execution, defects, and reporting in Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated testscripts for web, API, integration, and backend applications.
• Validate business workflows, EDI transactions,APIs, and system integrations.
• Perform SQL-based data validation andreconciliation testing.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks usingTOSCA, Selenium, Robot Framework, or equivalent tools.
• Workclosely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners in Agileenvironments.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, andreporting using Azure DevOps (ADO).

Required Experience
